Black Fen Trail
Runs from/to: Circular route, starting from various locations, such as Downham Market in Norfolk; and Ely
and March in Cambridgeshire.

many waterways.

This walk crosses the flat expanse of The Fens, following the course of rivers that drain slowly into the Wash. Noted

Greensand Ridge Walk

This walk follows a well-wooded ridge of sandstone, which rises above the flat clay plains of Bedfordshire.

Peddars Way and Norfolk Coast Path
Runs from/to: Knettishall Heath Country Park (nr. Thetford, Suffolk), via Holme-next-the-Sea to Cromer (Norfolk).
Mileage: 93 miles/150 kilometres.
The Peddars Way (47 miles/75 kilometres) is a distinctive 2,000 year old Roman road running through The Brecks to West Norfolk. From here the Norfolk Coast Path (46 miles/74 kilometres) follows saltmarsh, dune and huge
open beaches to Cromer.
